Terms of Sale

These Terms cover your purchase of Astral Adapt from Astral Audio LLC. Your use of the software is covered by the End User License Agreement.

These commercial terms were reviewed with legal counsel as of August 11, 2026. This review does not constitute a guarantee of compliance in every jurisdiction.

1. What you are buying

1.1 Astral Adapt is a downloadable software plugin. This is a one-time purchase of a licence that does not expire and carries no recurring fee — not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel. The licence continues subject to the End User License Agreement and may be suspended or ended as described there.

1.2 There is no trial version.

1.3 Your purchase includes free minor updates: any release within the same major version number as the release you buy. Major-version upgrades may be priced separately.

1.4 Your licence allows 3 simultaneous activations.

1.5 No account is required. Your licence is identified by your checkout email address and your licence key.

2. Price, currency, and taxes

2.1 The price is the amount shown at checkout when you buy, in US dollars (USD). The planned introductory price is $79 USD and the planned standard price is $99 USD. Prices may change at any time before purchase.

2.2 Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout where Astral Audio is required and configured to collect them. Where tax is not collected at checkout, you may still be responsible for tax due in your own jurisdiction.

2.3 Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction charges. These are not set by, or paid to, Astral Audio.

3. Payment

3.1 Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

3.2 Your purchase completes when Stripe confirms payment. We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, is reversed, or where we reasonably believe there is fraud.

4. Delivery and licence issuance

4.1 This is a digital product; nothing is shipped.

4.2 Once payment is confirmed we issue a licence key and email it to the address used at checkout, normally within a few minutes.

4.3 Your licence exists from the moment your payment succeeds, whether or not the email has arrived.

4.4 You download the software from the link in your licence email and from our website. The download is not restricted — your licence key is what unlocks the plugin.

4.5 Please ensure the email address you enter is correct and able to receive our messages.

5. If your licence email does not arrive

5.1 Check spam and filtered folders.

5.2 Email licensing@astralaudioai.com from the address you bought with and we will find your purchase and re-send.

5.3 For 30 days after issue we can re-send your original key. After that our stored copy is permanently deleted; recovery then issues a replacement key, and your previous key stops working.

6. Refunds

6.1 A 14-day refund is available as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6.2 A full refund ends your licence. A partial refund does not. See section 7.

7. Refunds, disputes, and revocation

7.1 Suspension. If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened on your purchase, or if the payment records for your licence are incomplete or inconsistent, your entitlement may be suspended: activation and renewal are refused while any current certificate runs out its period. Suspension is temporary and is not termination.

7.2 Termination. Your licence ends if your purchase is refunded in full, if a dispute is resolved against us, or if payment is reversed. It may also be revoked for fraud, key sharing, circumvention, or unlawful use, subject to the notice and opportunity to respond in section 11.5 of the End User License Agreement.

7.3 Reinstatement. If a dispute is resolved in our favour or withdrawn, or if payment records are corrected, your entitlement is reinstated automatically. You do not need to buy again.

7.4 Timing. The software stops permitting new creation and editing at its next licence check or when its current certificate period ends, whichever is first. Because extended offline use is supported, this may not be immediate.

7.5 Your existing work. After termination you keep a limited right to open, play back, render, and export projects you created or last saved beforehand, as set out in section 11.9 of the End User License Agreement.

7.6 If you think a dispute or revocation is mistaken, please contact support@astralaudioai.com before raising a chargeback.

8. Systems and compatibility

8.1 Supported at the date of these Terms: AU and VST3 on macOS (Apple Silicon), and VST3 on Windows x64. Plugin formats differ by platform, and the formats listed for a platform are the only ones supplied for it.

8.2 Other platforms may be described as planned. Planned platforms are not a commitment, and we recommend you do not purchase in reliance on them. This does not affect your 14-day refund or your statutory rights.

9. How these Terms relate to our other documents

9.1 Your use of the software is covered by the End User License Agreement.

9.2 Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

9.3 Use of our website is covered by our separate website Terms, which are not terms of sale and grant no software licence.

9.4 On purchase, payment, delivery, or refunds, these Terms apply. On licence scope, permitted use, or restrictions, the End User License Agreement applies.

10. General

10.1 Governed by the laws of Connecticut, United States, with venue as set out in section 15.2 of the End User License Agreement. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

10.2 We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you buy governs your purchase.
