If you purchase Astral Adapt, your purchase is governed by our Terms of Sale and your use of the software by our End User License Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to submit the early-access form. Submit only your own information.

What this site is

This site describes Astral Adapt, accepts early-access and beta interest, and sells the plugin. Purchases are processed by Stripe and governed by our Terms of Sale; use of the software is governed by our End User License Agreement. This site does not create a customer account — your licence is identified by your purchase email address and your licence key.

Early access and beta

Joining the list is not a purchase and does not reserve a copy. Beta places are limited and chosen to cover a range of DAWs, systems, guitars and pickups, so asking to be considered does not mean you will be selected. We may close, pause or change the programme at any time.

Product information may change

Features, module names, interface design, and compatibility shown here reflect the current release and may change in future versions. Astral Adapt is currently released as AU and VST3 on macOS (Apple Silicon), and VST3 on Windows x64; plugin formats differ by platform. Prices shown on this site are current at the time of display and may change. The price that applies to your purchase is the price shown at checkout.

Demonstrations on this site

Interface images and reconstructions on this site are captures or rebuilds of the shipping build. This website does not process audio, and results in your own DAW will depend on your guitar, your playing and your system.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site or its security controls, submit another person’s information without their permission, submit automated or bulk signups, or attempt to circumvent the anti-bot or rate-limiting measures. We may remove records and refuse service where we see abuse.

Intellectual property

The Astral name and logo, the site’s copy, design and imagery, and the Astral Adapt interface belong to Astral Audio LLC. Other product, company and instrument names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or context. Nothing here implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, any artist, band or equipment manufacturer.

No warranty

This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information about the product may turn out to be inaccurate or may change.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Astral Audio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not remove any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product develops, and the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
